Booking a party is easy - 

We just need to confirm that your preferred dates are available.  Please feel free to come in and talk through your table layout and options. Call us at 435-232-6715

Tea Party Specifics - 

  1.  $22.50 per person - regardless of age (for youngsters, we will cater towards their taste buds!  We understand that it's possible that they may not eat very much, so we provide To-Go boxes for you to enjoy later.)

  2. Gratuity is most appreciated.  Our Tea Room and table settings go far beyond what you receive at a restaurant.  All gratuity received is shared among the table designer, caterer, tea master, and servers.

  3.  Semi-Private party venue for up to 2 hours (start time is negotiable), with 1:00 being the first sitting time available.

  4.  Party of 6 is the minimum, and up to 18 people

  5.  Youngest child’s age is at the parents discretion.  We do not have high chairs.

  6.  Parties are catered by Brigham's own Idle Isle Cafe' and includes two types of Tea sandwiches, 2 Savory item, Scones with Devonshire cream, and two types of sweets.  We can accommodate nut allergies upon request.

  7.  Shared pots of tea from our wide assortment of teas (black, green, herbal), hot chocolate, or hot apple cider, and sparkling cider will be served.  

    • Shared pots of tea, here is how it works:

      • Tea menu offers a wide selection of blends to choose from

      • For the adventurous, let your nose lead the way at our TEA WALL

      • Party of 6 includes 2-3 pots

      • Each additional 3 people adds 1 pot (i.e. party of 18 would have 6 shared pots)   

    • Once the party is underway, and the pots are on the table, additional teas can be added.

  8. If your party is a special celebration, you are welcome to bring in a cake.  We will supply plates and forks for this at no extra charge.

  9. 2 Weeks notice and $25.00 deposit required for reservation, and the remainder of the bill is due the day of your party.  You can pay your deposit online or at Monarch.

  • This is a catered party.  To cancel and have your deposit returned, cancellation must be 5 days prior to event.  We are closed on Sunday and Monday, however; you can text or call 435-232-6715 at any time.

  • The catering for your party is based on the amount of people you have booked for (confirmed 3 days prior to date).  We understand that there may be no shows to your party, or people who cancel at the last minute.  However, the catering costs must still be paid by the host.  The cost is $12 per no show.  Any food that remains due to the no shows will be put in To-Go boxes for you to enjoy at home.
